When are Canh mandarins in season?
Harvest season is roughly November to January (lunar calendar) only. Outside the season you can still reserve ahead; we'll notify you first when the new harvest is ready.
Is the fruit certified?
Yes, VietGAP certified (No. 112/CN-TĐC-TT-20-0012), issued by NATEK JSC to the cooperative under its former name (Nhung Giang Fruit Tree Cooperative, now The Hung Organic Cooperative), per TCVN 11892-1:2017, valid until 22 Dec 2028.
Do you ship this internationally?
Not at this time. As fresh fruit, export requires phytosanitary certificates and customs procedures we do not yet have. Delivery within Vietnam only. For export, see our kudzu root starch.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
As this is a food product, we don't accept returns on opened or used items. We'll replace the item or refund if it arrives damaged, the wrong item/quantity was sent, or there's a production defect: film an unboxing video and message us within 24 hours of delivery.
